For years Jenna has been pining over

as summers past, Jenna decides to focus her attention on other men. However, Pete does have feelings for Jenna,
but his complicated situation makes it hard to be in a relationship. Dealing with an alcoholic father, and trying
to keep his father’s addiction from being exposed, Pete spends much of his time
running to his father’s rescue when he finds himself in a losing battle with
the bottle.
