It takes
some level of compromise to reach your stars.
Finally
Waverly is going to marry the man of her dreams, Jake, but not without some
bumps in the road.
Waverly is
newly engaged and busy planning the happiest day of her life. Jake’s parents seem to be throwing road
blocks her way. Jake’s mother doesn’t
approve and swipes the wedding plans right out of Waverly’s grasp.
With a
little conversation and a lot of compromise, Waverly is able to have the day of
her dreams without sacrificing who she is and what she wants.
Chocolate for Two is a fun journey with well-rounded
characters. Ms. Murnane’s style of
writing is engaging and her likeable characters make you want to keep turning
the pages. I know this is one book in
the series, but I was able to follow the story line without issue. This book would be a sweet treat for anyone
looking for a stand-alone or even a new series.
